The Pittsburgh Steelers and Kansas City Chiefs squared off at Heinz Field in Week 2 of NFL regular season action Black Zach Gentry Jersey , and the home team was looking to get the nasty taste of a Browns tie out of their mouths while the visiting team was looking to add on to their offensive output last week vs. the Chargers. On a picturesque day, the Steelers started with the football to open the game, but were forced to punt on three-and-out. On Jordan Berry’s first action of the game, while trying to pin Tyreek Hill to the sideline, the up-man DeAndre Thomas caught the ball and tight-roped the sideline getting the Chiefs to the Steelers’ 10-yard line. Two plays later the chiefs cashed in with Patrick Mahomes finding Chris Conley in the back of the endzone for the touchdown.Another Steelers’ three-and-out set up the Chiefs to add to their lead. Mahomes shredded the Steelers’ secondary en route to a bullet pass to Travis Kelce for the Chiefs touchdown. Before you could blink, the Chiefs were up 14-0 with 9:05 left in the first quarter. It took until their third series, but Pittsburgh was finally able to muster a few first downs and moved into field goal range with big catches by both James Conner and Antonio Brown. However Rod Woodson Jersey , the Chris Boswell 49-yard field goal sailed wide left keeping the score 14-0. It was Boswell’s second missed field goal of the young regular season. With great field position after Boswell’s miss, the Chiefs weren’t about to pack up the high-flying offense. It took just a handful of plays for Kansas City to extend their lead. This time it wasn’t Kelce doing the damage, but Kareem Hunt who abused Terrell Edmunds one-on-one to give the Chiefs a 21-0 lead with 2:24 still left in the first quarter. The Steelers have the football around mid-field to end the first quarter. As Pittsburgh Steelers fans around the globe watched Bill Belichick and Tom Brady hoist the Lombardi Trophy once again, there was a collective sigh.Steelers fans had loved to stick the “at least we have six Super Bowls” in the faces of New England Patriots fans for years, until now. Now, the Steelers faithful have to find another place to hang their hat. Some have pointed to Terry Bradshaw and Chuck Noll going 4/4 in Super Bowls, never being defeated. Some still always point to the Patriots’ success being marred by controversy. And some even go as far as to suggesting the Super Bowl 53 MVP Julian Edelman Dan McCullers Jersey , who was suspended for PED use this offseason, is still on “the juice”.Without sounding like an ESPN ‘30 for 30’, what if I told you there was a member of the BTSC podcast community who was actually rooting for the Patriots on Super Sunday, and was glad they won their 6th title? This is where the newest BTSC podcast “Yeah, I Said It” comes in. Some are trying to turn this Patriots’ victory, into a positive for the black-and-gold. My co-host on ‘The Standard is the Standard’, Lance Williams Roosevelt Nix Jersey , is the perfect man for the job, and delivers the goods in the latest show.Check out the audio below: Feel free to give us your thoughts on the topic in the comment section below, and don’t forget to follow us on all our audio platforms by following the links below:Apple Users: CLICK HERESpotify: CLICK HEREGoogle Play: CLICK HERE
