You can track your heart rate through your workouts as well as how many steps you made. I haven't used these features as I do not have a step counter that syncs with the app nor a heart rate monitor that is blue-tooth.I love this feature!!! The app Hollywood Keto uses your weight/height/sex/&age to assess how many calories you burned during your workout. Great feature to push your self or set goals for how many calories you want to burn or to beat your last score. Also great if you are using apps like "My Fitness Pal" so you can enter accurate calories burned into the workout section.This feature is great to track how far you ran as well as tracks how fast you run each km/mile. Great for if your training for a race and want to make sure your getting in the distance you need.
