Campers are tested for fitness at the beginning of the Trainee Keto camp and are put into camps based upon their fitness. The core exercises of a typical fitness camp are running, performing push-ups and interval training which is doing exercises with little rest in between them. The camp atmosphere pressurizes the individual leading to faster results in terms of fat-burning. The strictness of the instructors varies and many instructors are more encouraging than intimidating. So a boot camp encourages a person to push his/her limits a little further and efficiently burn fat. When there is not much physical work and there is too much stored calories from food intake, fats accumulate and are stored in areas like the abdomen, the thighs, arms and the back. Fat accumulations in the body make for not only an unattractive sight, but it is unhealthy as well.
