Sweet and simple my user name is my last name and my birthday. What city/state do you live in? I live in Goshen, NYHow old are you? I’m 23 years oldThe Miscellaneous:What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? The best piece of advice I ever got is “show up”. It seems so simple until your grades go down because you skipped a few classes or lose out on jobs because you didn’t go to events to make connections. If you could grab lunch with anybody in the past, present or future—dead or alive, who would it be and why? Anne Neville. She was married to both the York Family and the Lancaster family during the Wars of the Roses including a marriage to Richard III. I would love to talk to a woman who has seen every side of the Wars of the Roses New York Jets Hoodie , and who’s death signaled to monks that God had turned on the York Family. If you were stranded on a deserted island for the rest of forever, which musical artist would you be listening to, and which television series would you be watching? Music wise I love the Killers, so I’d take them with me. For TV I’d watch Detective Conan. The show has 925 episodes and counting, and a plot line. It would keep me entertained for years. The Jets Related Questions:How did you become a Jets fan? My dad and grandfather were big Jets fans. My dad had season tickets when I was growing up, and my grandfather was buried in a Jets cap. It only made sense that I became a Jets fan. What’s your favorite Jets memory? What about your most painful Jets memory? My favorite Jets memory was Brett Favre’s 7 TD game against the Cardinals. I was at the game with friends and got to see the whole thing live. We snuck down a level lower during the 4th quarter when people began to leave and we were only a few feet away when Eric Smith landed one of the most infamous hits in Jets history. My most painful memory was the 2004 divisional game vs. the Steelers. I was 9 years old at the time Youth Customized New York Jets Jerseys , so it was the first time I can remember the Jets being that competitive. I was jumping up and down and screaming the whole game. I thought that the Jets could do no wrong and that nothing could stop us from winning that game. When Brien missed that first field goal I wasn’t devastated I was ready for OT because nothing could shake my confidence. Then we got the Interception and I knew we were going to win that game. When Brien missed the second field goal I was screaming wondering how that could happen, but I still believed the Jets would win because I was 9 and didn’t know the pain of being a Jets fan yet. When Reed hit the game winning field goal in OT I cried for 20 minutes. I haven’t cried like that ever again for any reason. That day Doug Brien broke my heart. In your humble opinion, who is the most dominant Jet to ever play and why? In my opinion the most dominant Jet ever was Don Maynard. He put up nearly 1500 yards receiving in a 13 game season in an era when teams didn’t throw the ball. He is by far the best receiver the Jets have ever had and dominated the AFL even before Joe Namath. He put up a 1200 yard receiving season before Namath was even drafted. He was one of the best to ever play and he was the most dominant player in Jets history.Who is your favorite Jets player and why? My favorite Jets ever is Curtis Martin. I grew up watching one of the best running backs ever, how could he not be my favorite Jet of all time?If Woody Johnson handed you a blank check and gave you a choice to be a part of the New York Jets organization in any capacity, which position would you choose, and why? (It could be GM www.jetsfootballauthentics.com , Head Coach, Quarterback, Linebacker, Head of Scouting, Waterboy—the sky is the limit).I would want to be the team historian. I’m applying to PhD programs to continue my study of history, so being given the opportunity to chronicle Jets history would be a dream come true. Plus I would get to see everything unfold in real time in the Jets front office New York Jets T-Shirt , and learn the process behind every move from the actual source. Mike Maccagnan and Todd Bowles get fired after the season and Woody Johnson decides to name you the next GM, giving you one very clear goal: win the Super Bowl within the next 4 years. What is your strategy to make the Jets a Super Bowl winner? What is your strategy to build this team into a perennial Super Bowl contender? Since I only play at knowing what I’m doing I would hire a Head Coach who knows what he’s doing and what he wants. That way all I’m doing is executing the vision of someone who can actually lead the team to prominence. That said I would always let my opinion be known especially around draft time.
